The San Diego High Tech Marketing Alliance was founded in 1985 as the Computer Electronics Marketing Association (CEMA). In 1999 the organization was renamed to The High Tech Marketing Alliance (HTMA) to better reflect the membership and meet the community’s need for strategic marketing information in various high technology sectors.
