Is your blog solving a marketing problem for your company? How about the company Facebook page or other social media activities? Is SEO or SEM better for your bottom line? The new world of marketing is flush with technologies and strategies that are getting incredible hype, but do they get results? The UCSD Extension/HTMA Spring Summit will provide definitive answers and insights using real-life examples about the new marketing activities that are exceeding expectations or failing to deliver.
This year’s event will kick off with a Keynote address from
Cox Communications Vice President of Marketing, Colette Jelineo.
A panel of corporate marketers will follow with details about their recent marketing triumphs and disappointments. The panel includes:
- Intuit, Brian Hovis
- Mission Federal Credit Union, Neville Billimoria
- Cox Media, Kelly McMackin
- Sempra Energy, Michelle Mueller
- ESET, Dan Clark
Panelists will then work directly with attendees in small groups to share peer marketing strategies and identify the most pressing initiatives for 2008.
Spring Summit will conclude with a presentation of new technologies impacting – or poised to impact -- marketers in the next year and a networking cocktail reception.
