Mike Nottoli is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Marble Key, a professional social network connecting marketing expertise, both traditional and cutting edge, with clients in the high-tech industry. Mike brings over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C high-tech marketing, sales and customer service. This experience contributes to the development of the client’s overall business by assisting in the creation of infrastructure and discipline necessary to strategically develop and execute marketing and sales programs efficiently and effectively. Once deployed, these programs lead to quick adoption of the client’s products and achieve outstanding corporate growth. Mike and the Marble Key team drive the client’s brand through an effective combination of strategic marketing, sales and customer service initiatives in the areas of corporate development, product strategy, business automation, communications, marketing, sales, customer service, research, events, advertising and public relations.
 
Prior to launching Marble Key, Mike has consulted for a number of technology and technology reselling companies. Previously, Mike has held a key senior management positions at Mtelligence Corporation, Barsa Technology Solutions, Inc., SatisFusion, Inc., InstantCRM.com, Colorstamps Inc., Johnson Direct Advertising and Grey Advertising and Design. Mike’s experience encompasses creation and management of the client’s brand as well as planning and implementation of corporate communications strategies to the investment, analyst, press, employee, customer and prospect communities. Mike graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Backus graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in business administration and archaeology.

    Gail is the Marketing Director at L7 Creative Communications, a white-hot agency in San Diego with a proven reputation for effective advertising, head-turning creative and building innovative brands.  In response to the rapidly changing marketing industy, L7 Creative has also developed and established an expertise in emerging and interactive media. In her role, Gail manages the company brand, marketing plan and new business development.

    Prior to her work with L7 Creative, Gail served in an internal communications position at Qualcomm, Inc. and managed marketing, PR and events in the launching of two web-based establishments. Gail is also co-owner of a local social networking group for young professionals called The Convivium.

    Gail grew up in Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of both Loyola University Chicago and University of San Diego.

    Ryan has over eight years of experience working in the corporate accounting industry. Ryan is currently the Controller of Dock3, an employee concierge and management company. As President of his own Bookkeeping firm, he specializes in the accounting functions and financial preparation for small businesses. Turnello is directly responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions as well as monthly financial statement preparation and presentation. Ryan will also assist the board with revenue forecasting and budgeting. He graduated with a duel degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of New Mexico.
